Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of kosmolab.si and the KosmoLab app (the “Services”), operated by Simon, an independent developer based in Slovenia (“KosmoLab”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you confirm that you are authorised to manage it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your connected accounts and for keeping your Meta login secure.

You keep ownership of the content you create or publish through the Services. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the Services, for example to publish a post to Instagram when you ask us to.

You are responsible for having the rights to your content and for making sure it complies with the law and with Meta’s terms and community standards.

You must not use the Services to:

• publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, harassing or spam content;
• access accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
• interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the Services;
• get around Meta’s platform limits, policies or security measures.

The app works with Facebook and Instagram, which are provided by Meta Platforms and governed by Meta’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Meta’s services, and app features may change or stop working if Meta changes its platform or APIs.

KosmoLab is an independent product lab, and many Services are early-stage. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

The KosmoLab name, logo, website and software belong to KosmoLab. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Services.

To the extent permitted by law, KosmoLab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data or content arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

You can stop using the Services at any time by removing the app and requesting deletion of your data. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if Meta or the law requires it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

We may update these terms when the Services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will notify connected users through the app or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Slovenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
